A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: HUD River House (2021.0058)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) proposes to construct a new five-story, 150-unit multi-family apartment structure at 401 A Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. The property consists of approximately 2.32 acres of undeveloped grassland and wooded land with one existing building, a vacant warehouse, which will be demolished prior to starting construction.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
