A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: HUD Heritage Shores Townhomes Bridgeville (2021.0086)

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is proposing to finance the construction of a multifamily residential development under an FHA 221(d)(4) new construction loan. The 26.665-acre property is located within a larger 506.41-acre parent parcel tract at 1 Heritage Shores Circle, Bridgeville, DE and currently consists of vacant grass and naturally vegetated land. The development will consist of 49 two and three-story buildings housing a total of 152 residential units. Additional onsite improvements will consist of a swimming pool, playground, paved surface parking areas, and community landscaping.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
