A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: City of Wilmington – First Community Foundation STEM HUB (2023.0040)
The First Community Foundation proposes to utilize U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funds for a 6100 sq. ft. expansion of the Chemours Community Discovery STEM HUB at 3000 N. Claymont St. in Wilmington, Delaware. The expansion will enhance the entrance to the STEM HUB and school, increase the size of the school’s cafeteria, connect the STEM HUB directly to the school, and improve an interior courtyard. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DCMP.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
