Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Carbone Dock and Pier (2021.0014
The property owner proposes construction of a 50 ft. by 8 ft. deck, a 100 ft. retaining wall with stone rip-rap, and docking facilities including a 12 ft. by 4 ft. pier, 50 ft. by 5 ft. dock, two personal watercraft lifts, and a floating 12 ft. by 6 ft. kayak dock in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 99 Tidewaters Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE (tax map parcel #3-34-13.16-19.00).
