A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Paese-Kimbrough Docking Facilities (2021.0098)

The applicants propose to construct docking facilities consisting of a 10-foot by 3-foot elevated walkway over vegetated wetlands, a 26-foot by 4-foot fixed pier, a 6-foot by 50-foot fixed dock, and a 4-piling boat lift on the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal (Tax Map Parcel #3-35-4.19-95.03). This proposal replaces a previous project proposal (2021.0087) to remove dredging from the scope of the proposed activities.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
