Notice is hereby given by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control that Commonwealth Computer Recycling, LLC d/b/a Cybercrunch has applied for a renewal of recycling permit #SW-19/03 to provide mobile secure hard drive and media tape destruction services at client locations throughout Delaware from a vehicle equipped with appropriate shredding equipment. Cybercrunch proposes to accept and process hard drives and media tapes in any quantity that doesn’t contribute to an exceedance of the Cybercrunch vehicle’s gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR).

A public hearing on the above permit renewal will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a meritorious request for such a hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending May 31, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. It must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
