A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: ESNG Parkesburg POW-MIA Connector (2025.0040)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas is proposing to utilize a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization to construct a natural gas connector line and ancillary above-ground valve facility near the intersection of New Burton Road and POW-MIA Parkway in the Wyoming area of Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
