The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy, will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 22, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to consider comments from the public on the 7 DE Admin. Code 2105 Regulations Governing Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification Procedures and Standards (Docket #2025-R-CCE-0007).

The objective of revising 7 DE Admin. Code 2105 is to align with current best practices, improve consistency, and ensure compliance with energy efficiency goals. These updates aim to enhance accuracy and usability for stakeholders and program administrators.

The proposed amendments will be available online beginning September 1, 2025. They may be accessed online at: regulations.delaware.gov/register/current_issue or de.gov/dnrechearings.
