Non-Discrimination Policy

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Coastal Zone Act (CZA) Program has received an application for a standard Coastal Zone permit (Project CZA-445P) from Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc. (Goodwill). Goodwill is requesting a permit to manufacture crushed sand by processing recycled glass and ceramics in a pulverizer in an existing building at 400 Centerpoint Boulevard, New Castle, DE 19720. The application is considered administratively complete and sufficient to proceed to public hearing on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, beginning at 6 p.m. (Docket #2025-P-CCE-0004).
