A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA Bibi Buksh Farm LLC Solar (2025.0020)

The applicant proposes to use U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development funds for the construction of 281 ground mounted solar panels, 355 feet of buried cable, and a new meter at 794 Pearsons Corner Road, Hartly, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted from March 23, 2025, through April 12, 2025.
