A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Laurel Glen Apartments Complex (2025.0011)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development proposes to provide financial assistance to NeighborGood Partners, Inc. for the construction of a 36-unit Farm Labor Housing apartment complex on a 4-acre site adjacent to 1152 S. Central Ave., Laurel, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
