A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Delaware Avenue Solar Project (2025.0008)

Aligned Solar Partners 6 proposes to use U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development funds to construct a 15-acre solar photovoltaic project at 251 Delaware Ave, Harrington, Kent County, DE. The project would include solar arrays (9,179 modules), fencing, equipment pads, an underground transmission line, and a gravel access road. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted from January 5, 2025, through January 25, 2025.
