A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA Bodine Farms (2024.0061)

The applicant proposes to use U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development funds for the construction of 324 ground mounted solar panels at 1652 Hourglass Rd, Hartly, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
