A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA What Came First Solar (2024.0062)
The applicant proposes to use U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development funds for the construction of 336 ground mounted solar panels at 2219 Morgans Choice Road, Camden Wyoming, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
