A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA Schlitter Wildlife Pond (2024.0034)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency proposes to fund the construction of a 0.2-acre shallow water wildlife pond at 24106 Cedar Lane, Georgetown, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
