A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: New Castle Presbytery (2024.0022)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development proposes to provide financial assistance to Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County for the construction of two-story attached townhomes at 2303 Glasgow Avenue, Newark, New Castle County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
