A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: NMFS Atlantic Bluefin Tuna (2024.0019)

The National Marine Fisheries Service is proposing rulemaking that considers changes to the effort controls and related regulations for the Atlantic Bluefin Tuna fishery. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
