A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: USDA Sapp Farm Grain Tank (2024.0014)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency proposes to provide financial assistance for the construction of a grain tank with an overhead platform and fill conveyor in an existing grain storage yard on an active farm at 5144 Milford Harrington Hwy, Harrington, Kent County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
