Notice has been given that:

Demolition Solutions, LLC requests a Natural Minor permit to construct a Sandvik Scalping Screen and Caterpillar engine at their 1610 Bowers Street, Wilmington, New Castle County facility.  The Sandvik Scalping Screen and Caterpillar engineer will be permitted to emit 0.11 tons per year of volatile organic compounds, 3.82  tons per year of oxides of nitrogen, 2.91 tons per year of carbon monoxide, 0.88 tons per year of sulfur dioxide, 2.02 tons per year of particulate matter, 0.78 tons per year of particulate matter less than 10 microns, and 0.16 tons per year of particulate matter less than 2.5 microns by Permit: APC-1999/0360-Construction (Amendment 06).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 22 days from the date of this notice, ending November 12, 2026.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
