Notice has been given that:
The Bank of New York (BNY) requests permission for the operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 800 kW (1,180 hp) at 103 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U.S. EPA regulations under the provisions of Title 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart IIII, §60.4205(a) emissions standards and will be permitted to emit 3.87 tons per year (TPY) of NOX, 0.09 TPY of VOC, 0.55 TPY of CO, 0.09 TPY of PM10, 0.09 TPY of PM2.5, and 0.004 TPY of SOX by Permit# APC-2026/0129-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (NSPS).
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information, or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Mia White at (302) 739‑9402 or mia.white@delaware.gov.
A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 27, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
