Notice has been given that:
F & N Vazquez Concrete, LLC, requests a Construction/Operation permit to construct and operate a roving crushing system at their 10099 Greentop Road, Lincoln, Sussex County facility. The roving crushing system, consisting of a 2022 Rubble Master RM90GO! Impact crusher and a 2021 MGL 530 T Aggregate Track Conveyor (Stacker) will be permitted to emit 0.7 tons per year (TPY) NOX, 0.51 TPY SOX, 1.7 TPY CO, 0.18 TPY VOC, 3 TPY PM, 3 TPY PM10, and 3 TPY PM2.5 by Permit: APC-2026/0111-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending May 7, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
