Notice has been given that:

Air Liquide USA, LLC requests a natural minor permit to construct a 300 HP natural gas boiler at their 305 Water Street, Newport, DE 19804 facility. The 300 HP natural gas boiler will be permitted to emit 0.40 tons per year (TPY) PM₁₀/PM_2.5, 1.9 TPY NO_X, 2.0 TPY CO, 0.03 TPY SO_X, 0.32 TPY VOCs, and 0.1 TPY HAPs by Permit# APC-2026/0083-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 9, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
