Notice has been given that:
Alliance Environmental Systems, Inc., requests a permit to construct and operate a 50 TPH jaw crusher powered by a 265kW diesel engine at the Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park, 0 Innovation Blvd., Wilmington, New Castle County facility. Operating hours will be limited to 1850 hours and the crusher will stay at the site no longer than twelve months. The crusher will be permitted to emit 4.995 TPY NOx, 0.72 TPY HC, 6.15 TPY CO, 0.0040 TPY SO2, 0.54 TPY PM, 0.40 TPY PM10 and 0.32 TPY PM2.5 by Permit# APC-2026/0119-CONSTRUCTION (Limited Term)(MNSR)(GACT).
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 12, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
