Notice has been given that:
Agilent Technologies, Inc.- Newport Site, requests a Natural Minor permit to construct three (3) Blue M electric burn-off ovens with three (3) Myramid Analytic selective catalyst reduction units and three (3) Purafil adsorption converters identified as (FU-01, FU-02, and FU-03) at their 512 First State Blvd, Wilmington and New Castle County facility. The equipment will be permitted to emit 0.53 TPY of VOC, 0.02 TPY of Formaldehyde, 0.51 TPY of Methanol, 2.05 TPY of Ammonia, and 0.78 TPY of Acetone by Permit: APC-2025/0098-CONSTRUCTION, Permit: APC-2025/0099-CONSTRUCTION, and Permit: APC-2025/0100-CONSTRUCTION.
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending January 8, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
