The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Air Quality, will conduct a community information session on January 14, 2026, from 6-8 pm at the Indian River Senior Center, 214 Irons Ave, Millsboro, Delaware 19966. This community information session will be held to discuss community questions regarding Air Quality permitting and compliance for the Mountaire Millsboro facility and is the Department’s platform that provides the public the opportunity to ask questions. This community information session was requested in response to the October 8, 2025, public notice regarding a permit amendment for the Resource Recovery process. Questions and comments received at the Community Information Session are not part of the record.
