Notice has been given that:

1007 Market Condominium Association requests permission for the operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 565 kW (805 HP) at 1007 North Market Street, New Castle County, Delaware. The emergency generator will be permitted to emit 0.443 TPY of PM₁₀, 0.443 TPY of PM_2.5, 6.24 TPY of NOx, 0.413 TPY of SOx, 1.34 TPY of CO, and 0.497 TPY of VOC by Permit: APC-2026/0021-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 23, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
