Notice has been given that:

Dover Downs Inc. dba Bally’s Dover Casino Resort requests permission for the operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 2000 kW (3094 HP) at 1131 North Dupont Hwy, Dover, Kent County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of US EPA for non-road engines: 40 CFR Part 1039 Appendix I Table 2, 88FR4660, January 24, 2023, Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2026/0032-CONSTRUCTION

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 1, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
