Notice has been given that:

Solenis, LLC, requests a construction permit to construct a Kiefel machine, a Chemistry Unit, a Dixon Heater Shed, a Muffle Furnace, a Paper Machine, and approximately 100 laboratories/mixing stations at their 160 Innovation Boulevard, Wilmington, DE 19805, facility. Permitted emissions from all of the equipment combined will be 0.01 TPY of NOx, 0.01 TPY of SOx, 0.02 TPY of PM, 0.02 TPY of PM₁₀, 0.02 TPY of PM_2.5, 5.7 TPY VOCs, and 5.7 TPY HAPs, by Permit# APC-2025/0039-CONSTRUCTION – Kiefel, Permit# APC-2025/0040-CONSTRUCTION – Chemistry Unit, Permit# APC-2025/0041-CONSTRUCTION – Dixon Heater Shed, Permit# APC-2025/0042-CONSTRUCTION – Muffle Furnace, Permit# APC-2025/0043-CONSTRUCTION – Paper Machine, and Permit# APC-2025/0044-CONSTRUCTION – Approximately 100 laboratories/mixing stations

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 9, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
