Notice has been given that:

Delaware Army National Guard- River Road requests permission for the construction and operation of one emergency generator, rated 500 kW (764 HP) at 1197 River Road, New Castle, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR Part 1048 emission limits. Permit # APC-2025/0027-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 28, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
