Notice has been given that:

Road Site Construction, Inc. DBA Clean Cut Interlocking Pavers, LLC, requests a permit amendment for a new location to operate a Terex Finlay I-200RS impact crusher with an associated Scania DC09 Diesel engine at the Nylon Capital Shopping Center, located at 1023 West Stein Highway, Seaford, Sussex County facility. The impact crusher and engine will be permitted to emit 0.79 TPY of NOx, 6.92 TPY of CO, 0.37 TPY of HC, 0.30 TPY of PM10, 0.05 TPY of PM2.5, 0.59 of Total PM and 0.01 TPY of SOx by Permit# APC-2018/0017-OPERATION (Amendment 09).

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 24, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
