Notice has been given that:

Superior Contractor Services, Inc., requests a Natural Minor permit to operate (1) Pegson Premitrax 2644 Jaw Crusher, (1) Terex-Finlay I-100 RS Impact Crusher, and associated equipment at 350 Lafferty Lane, Dover, Kent County (Tax Map Parcel # ED-05-077.16-02-05.00-000). The equipment will be permitted to emit 0.29 TPY of PM, 2.8 TPY of PM₁₀,11 TPY of NO_X, 6.2 TPY of CO, 1 TPY of VOC, and 2.2 TPY of SO_X by Permit# APC-2015/0047-OPERATION (Amendment 10).

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 17, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
