Notice has been given that:
CAH Development, LLC requests permission for the operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 800 kW (1214 HP) at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sussex Campus, located at 202 Healthy Way, Milford, Sussex County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit: APC-2025/0012-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS) (GACT).
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at: de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 28, 2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
