Notice has been given that:

Metal Masters Foodservice Equipment Co., Inc. (dba Eagle Group), requests a Natural Minor permit to construct one (1) Marathon Finishing Systems Model B1000 Semi-Down Draft Spray Booth at their facility located at 100 Industrial Blvd., Clayton, Kent County. The spray booth will be permitted to emit 1.25 tons per year of VOCs, 0.66 tons per year of HAPs and 0.001 tons per year of PM by Permit: APC-2023/0088-CONSTRUCTION (GACT)(VOC RACT).

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 28, 2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
