Notice has been given that:
Clarke Realty Services, LLC DBA Milford Wellness Village, requests a construction permit to retrofit three existing oil-fired boilers to combust natural gas only at their facility located at 21 West Clarke Avenue, Milford. The boilers are rated at 14.645; 14.645; and 16.329 MMBTU/hr, respectively. The boilers will be permitted to emit in the aggregate: 19.79 TPY of NOx; 16.13 TPY of CO; 0.12 TPY of SOx; 1.49 TPY of PM10; and 1.09 TPY of VOC by Permit# (APC-2024/0080-CONSTRUCTION; APC-2024/0081-CONSTRUCTION; and APC-2024/0082-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS).
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 17, 2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
