Notice has been given that:

Zack Excavating, Inc., requests a permit amendment to construct or operate their 300 TPH Sandvik impact crusher, Chieftain powerscreen and MGL Engineering, Inc. stacking conveyor at a new location. Operation of this equipment is requested for Atlantic Concrete, Inc., 18195 Dupont Hwy, Harrington, Kent County. Permitted emissions will not change due to the additional location. Permit# APC-2019/0096-OPERATION (Amendment 1) (NSPS)(MNSR)

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending August 30, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
