Notice has been given that:

Stone Tech Materials LLC, requests a Construction Permit for the construction of a portable concrete crushing system at 30548 Thorogood Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The portable concrete crushing system, consisting of a 2019 Terex Finlay I-120 Impact Crusher, a 2018 McCloskey R-155 Screener and a McCloskey ST80T Stacker, will be permitted to emit 0.64 tpy of NO_X, 0.31 tpy of SO_X, 0.62 tpy of CO, 0.14 tpy of VOC, 10.04 tpy of PM and 1.41 tpy of NO_X/NMHC by Permit # APC-2022/0016-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 18, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
