Notice has been given that:
Stone Tech Materials LLC, requests a Construction Permit for the construction of a portable concrete crushing system at 30548 Thorogood Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The portable concrete crushing system, consisting of a 2019 Terex Finlay I-120 Impact Crusher, a 2018 McCloskey R-155 Screener and a McCloskey ST80T Stacker, will be permitted to emit 0.64 tpy of NOX, 0.31 tpy of SOX, 0.62 tpy of CO, 0.14 tpy of VOC, 10.04 tpy of PM and 1.41 tpy of NOX/NMHC by Permit # APC-2022/0016-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 18, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
