Notice has been given that:

Stockley Materials, LLC, requests a construction/operation permit to operate one (1) 765 HP CBI-TGB650 Horizontal Grinder with associated Tier 4 Certified Caterpillar Engine Model C18 at their 25136 DuPont Boulevard, Georgetown, Sussex County facility. The Horizontal Grinder will be permitted to emit 2.34 TPY of NOx, 2.86 TPY of CO, 0.033 TPY of PM, 0.026 TPY of HC and 0.006 TPY of SOx emissions by Permit# APC-2022/0019-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, March 21, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
