Notice has been given that:

Rogers Corporation requests a permit to construct one (1) silicone rubber extruder oven at their 1100 Governor Lea Road, Bear, New Castle County facility. The silicone rubber extruder oven will be permitted to emit 0.08 TPY of PM and 1.30 TPY of Siloxanes by Permit: APC-2022/0012-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739‑9402.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending December 27, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
