Notice has been given that:

The Post Acute Medical Rehabilitation Hospital of Georgetown requests permission for the construction and operation of one (1) emergency generator, rated 600 kW (903 HP) at 22303 Dupont Boulevard, Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The engine used in this generator set complies with U.S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 89, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2022/0087-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS)(MACT).

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739-9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending November 21, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
