Notice has been given that:
Middletown Materials, LLC, requests a permit amendment to operate one (1) 425 hp Nordberg Crusher (GCS-16) temporarily at Everett Meredith Middle School, located at 504 S Broad Street, Middletown, and Heritage Concrete, located at 376 Holly Oak Lane, Cheswold, Delaware. The crusher will be permitted to emit 4.14 TPY for NOx, 0.65 TPY for CO, 0.08 TPY for THC, 0.08 TPY for PM, and 0.87 TPY for SO2 by Permit: APC-2002/0738-OPERATION (SM) (Amendment 10).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 5, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
