Notice has been given that:
Letica Corporation requests permission for the construction of fifteen (15) injection molding machines, eighteen (18) natural gas-fired flamers, four (4) UV-offset printers, six (6) resin silos, one (1) regrinding operation for scrap plastic, and two (2) non-contact cooling water towers at 801 Industrial Road, Middletown, Delaware. The processing equipment will be permitted to emit 6.36 TPY of VOC and 2.56 TPY of PM by Permit: APC-2021/0003-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 5, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
