Notice has been given that:
James C. Wilson Excavation, Inc., requests a construction permit to operate a 200 ton per hour McCoskey J45 Jaw Crusher, R155 Screener, and ST80T Stacker at their 1386 School House Rd. New Castle facility. The Crusher, Screener, and Stacker will be permitted to emit 0.13 TPY of PM, 0.05 TPY of PM10 0.006 TPY of PM2.5, 0.03 TPY of NOX, 0.17 TPY of SOX, 0.01 TPY of CO, and 0.006 TPY of VOC by Permit: APC-2021/0115-CONSTRUCTION. The project is expected to last 8 weeks before equipment is removed from the site.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 21, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
