Notice has been given that:

The H&K Group, Inc. dba Dagsboro Materials, requests a temporary construction/operation permit to construct and operate a 300 TPH concrete/RAP (recycled asphalt pavement) crusher, screener, and conveyors at their 30548 Thorogoods Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County facility. The crusher, screener, and conveyors will be permitted to emit 0.016 TPY HC, 0.825 TPY NOx, 0.164 TPY CO, 0.007 TPY SOx, and 6.66 TPY PM10. by Permit# APC-2022/0088-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION-Temporary.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 18, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
