Permit Application

Notice has been given that:

HMA Concrete, LLC dba Heritage Concrete, requests a permit amendment to replace one (1) Stephens Model SV-265 Baghouse and one (1) Stephens Model SV-170 Baghouse with two (2) C&W DustTech Model CP-2665S Baghouses at their concrete production facility located at 1100 South Heald Street, Wilmington, New Castle County. The amendment will also incorporate a Dust Control Plan into the conditions of the permit. The replacement baghouses will not increase permitted emissions. Emissions for the project will remain 1.81 tpy of PM10 (particulate matter) by Permit# APC-2018/0057-CONSTRUCTION (Amendment 3).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, November 7, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
