Notice has been given that:
Gray & Son, Inc., requests a permit to construct one (1) McCloskey J45 Jaw Crusher rated at 200 tons per hour and powered by a Tier 4, diesel-fired engine with a maximum rating of 350 hp, one (1) McCloskey double-deck R155 Screener powered by a Tier 4, diesel-fired engine with a maximum rating of 131 hp, and one (1) MGL Stacking Conveyor powered by a Tier 4, diesel-fired engine with a maximum rating of 60.3 hp at 333 Naamans Road, Claymont, New Castle County, Delaware. The crushing equipment will be permitted to emit a total of 0.68 TPY of NOx, 0.09 TPY of CO, 0.04 TPY of THC, 0.09 TPY of PM2.5, 0.40 TPY of PM10, 1.07 TPY of PMtotal, and 0.01 TPY of SO2 by Permit: APC-2023/0047-CONSTRUCTION.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 20, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
