Notice has been given that:

Four M Co., requests a construction permit to install one (1) printing press (Macrabox FFG-970) to print on corrugated cardboard and convert into boxes using adhesive at their 1601 POW/MIA Highway, Dover, Kent County facility. The printing/converting press will be permitted to emit 2.98 TPY VOC by Permit# APC-2022/0084-CONSTRUCTION (VOC RACT).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 13, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
