Notice has been given that:

Edgewell Personal Care – Plant 4, requests a construction/operation permit to operate a Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) vacuum system that includes a cyclonic separator, a briquetter, and two (2) fine dust filter baghouses at their 804 Walker Road, Dover facility. The SAP Vacuum system and associated baghouses will be permitted to emit 0.05 TPY of PM by Permit# APC-2020/0152-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending May 23, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
