Notice has been given that:

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery requests an amendment to an existing operating permit to operate an existing ground flare for digester gas without the use of an H2S reduction system at their 6 Village Center Blvd., Milton 19968, Sussex County facility. The flare will be permitted to emit 0.89 TPY PM10, 24.59 TPY SO2, 2.10 TPY NO2, 39.31 TPY CO, and 0.44 TPY VOC (THC) by Permit# APC-2018/0124-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (Amendment 5)(MNSR).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending May 22, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
