Notice has been given that:

Delaware Tire Center, Inc., requests a permit to construct and operate a 0.25 MMBTU/hr space heater fired on used oil at their 207 S. Governors Avenue, Dover, Kent County, facility. The space heater will be permitted to emit 0.015 TPY NOx, 0.002 TPY CO, 0.035 TPY SOx, 0.001 TPY TOC, and 0.037 TPY PM10 by Permit# APC-2023/0024-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739 9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending November 21, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
