Notice has been given that:

Delaware Army National Guard requests a permit to construct a new paint booth at 1197 River Rd, in New Castle, Delaware. By Permit: APC-2021/0010-Construction, emissions from this operation will be limited to 1 tpy of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and 0.34 tpy of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding the application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending November 23, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
